Marvita: Thumbs-to-toes Hogcuff

This time, Marvita is playing with her thumb-cuffs. She thumb-cuffed her toes, before gagging herself with tape. Then she lied on her belly to link her thumbs with another pair of thumb-cuffs. Finally she grabed a pair of handcuffs to chain her toes to her thumbs and ended completely hogtied on the bed.
